Progress on Swift Current 6

This summer, Doppelmayr and Big Sky Mountain Operations are getting a head start on construction for the new Swift Current 6 chairlift.   Although Covid delayed the construction of Swift Current 6 to summer 2021, the resort is getting ahead of a tight construction cycle. Teams are beginning foundation work to set the stage for a full lift replacement during summer 2021.   The existing Swift Current chairlift will continue to run during the upcoming winter season.
